Michigan Basketball Clinic and Camp Reviews
Do you know of a great basketball camp in Michigan? Please help us out, by submitting the camp to our directory.
Our favorite basketball camp is still McCracken: McCracken
Basketball Camps at Olivet College. Kids still seem to like the Mt. Olivet location the best.
The most competitive camp that we have had our kids
attend is Five Star Camp.. but this year it looks like there will be no Michigan Locations.
Our favorite local (Detroit area) camp is Madonna
University's ( no dates set yet as of late March 2007)

UofM has a great camp: http://www.mgoblue.com/section_display.cfm?section_id=219&top=1&level=3
(Our experience with U of M is the boys camp have gone .. the girls usually go to the Volleyball camp there)
The grizzlies (Oakland University) has a camp that
our girls have gone to: http://www.ougrizzlies.com/athletics_sportCamps.htm
It sounded like there was not as much discipline in the dorms at this
one - but everyone came home safe and happy.
Marian High School and
Mercy High School have good
(usually 1/2 day) camps.
When our older girls were "going into 7th grade" - they went to a 3 day TEAM camp together. They had a camp counselor (college player) as
their coach. They chose the UofM team camp.
Schoolcraft has a good basketball camp: http://www.schoolcraft.edu/publications/camps.asp
MSU Basketball camp were pretty good: http://www.sportcamps.msu.edu/schedule_2007.php
