In the process of writing a new article for our business section, we wanted to find a list of online retailers that have demonstrated great success selling nationwide on the Internet. We came to the conclusion that a list like this doesn't exist.  In the spirit of entrepreneurship, we are generating a list of these retailers.

Criteria

• Incorporated in the State of Michigan.
• Corporate offices located in Michigan.
• Established 2001 or prior.
• Has developed a customer base that is sustainable and has an established on-going customer communication method.
• Has demonstrated annual revenue that mandates PCI compliancy and proactively engages in 3rd party security monitoring.
• Has developed an easy to use and professional quality website.
• Provides multiple shipping methods and publicly displays ratings by a 3rd party rating system (like BizRate).
