FITNESS & NUTRITION IS CATERED TO EMPOWERING PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO OVERSEE THEIR INDIVIDUAL HEALTH BY TEACHING & PROVIDING THEM WITH THE PROPER TOOLS NECESSARY TO PROMOTE HEALTH AND FITNESS.
CITIZENS UNITED FOR SAFETY (CUFS) IS A GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION BRINGING TOGETHER LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT, BUSSINESS LEADERS, RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER TO COMBAT CRIME AND FOSTER PRIDE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS.
BOUND TOGETHER IS CATERED TOEMPOWERING E;EMENTARY AGED STUDENTS WITH ONE ON ONE TUTORIAL SKILLS AND COMPUTER LITERACY AIMED AT LOWERING THE ILLITERACY IN THE CITY OF DETROIT.

We place 25 cent candy machines in employee lunchrooms at stores, offices, factories, warehouses all over Oakland County, Michigan
Everyone knows someone that has cancer, had cancer or died of cancer. I started doing fundraising programs for cancer research in high school. Candy For Cancer was started to honor the memory of my wife Debbie who died of cancer in March 2005.
We place candy/gumball machines in businesses with 25 or more people working at one location.
Go to local businesses, ask family, friends, neighbors, give them the letter from DMC Childrens Hospital of Michigan, and ask to put a machine in their lunchroom. We deliver the machine in three days you never have to touch it. Just get management permission to place a candy machine, nothing to sign. It is that easy!
The machines are serviced by a Certified Food Safety Manager. The machines are cleaned and sanitized monthly.
Every candy machine we deliver, $20 will be paid to your groups fundraising program.

Pennies for Pencils was founded by Eastern Michigan University students and graduates because of the growing concern for the ever decreasing educational budget, not only in Michigan but in the United States as a whole. The educational system is the backbone of our country. Budget cuts have hit schools hard all over the United States, and the cuts have now spread in our own backyards. Some schools in Michigan, even schools that are within driving distance from your home do not have the funding to supply new books to their students. These schools may even lack the technology of one computer for student use.
Mission Statement
Pennies for Pencils is dedicated to providing classroom supplies for students in Michigan public schools. Our purpose is to bring together communities to work towards the betterment of student education in Michigan by allowing equal access to the tools children need to succeed in the classroom.
As Charles Dickens once said “This is a world of action, and not for moping and droning in.” Regardless of our current educational budget issues, it is our responsibly as a community to take action and help educate the young, in the hopes that they can clean up the mess that our past and present has created.
