CyberDefender seems to have corrected the error and discloses this upon installation.

MyIdentityDefender is a security toolbar which works with Microsoft internet Explorer and protects against identity theft. MyIdentityDefender is free and does not require you to purchase an identity theft software package.

Since I do alot of work on large graphics files and have over 100 websites on my hard drive - my biggest beef with Norton was that it took SO long to scan my disk. Not so with Norton 360. They have enhanced the performance including faster scans and browse speeds, faster start-up times and more.
