Basketball Training - Mental and Physical- CLICK HERE!

The road to the State Finals for Basketball in Michigan is well on it's way and most Michigan High School basketball teams have been eliminated from the race already. (Both boys basketball and girls basketball)

Many kids are starting "off-season training" and AAU teams are forming at this point in time.

In the game of basketball it is not necessarily about who runs faster or jumps higher, but about who makes better decisions and fewer mistakes.
This is the first time I see a training tool that can actually improve game intelligence skills of basketball players. The Basketball IntelliGym is revolutionary and if you are a parent or coach, you are going to want to take a look at this. CLICK HERE to learn more about Intelligym and find Intelligym coupons or discounts.
Until now, everything I have read about or heard about revolved around basic drills and game skills -- things to help coaches teach and reinforce individual and team offensive and defensive skills.
Drills on dribbling, passing, shooting, defensive stance, and defensive shuffling. Mostly books and videos on the fundamentals of basketball, or information on improving the skills of players working to improve their game - but NOTHING on the mental skills and reflex enhancement that is so necessary in the game.
Cognitive training consists of a variety of brain exercises designed to improve performance. The principle underlying cognitive training is to improve the "core" abilities, which most people mistakenly consider as instincts.
Abilities such as coordination, attention control, peripheral vision, perception and many more are not "born instincts" but rather trainable cognitive skills. The science of cognitive engineering focuses on the evaluation and analysis of these skills. An especially remarkable aspect of this science is cognitive training: the enhancement of human brain skills to improve performance.
In order to develop a basketball cognitive training tool, the researchers mapped the brain skills that are required for top performance in the game of basketball.
Whether you are a player, a school athletic director, basketball coach, basketball trainer or parent - take a look at this new tool. You will be amazed.
