The Christmas Season is here - Get your Christmas Cards Printed

In the Detroit area, there is a radio station at 100.3 (WNIC) that starts playing Christmas music the first day of November. I believe that this is too early, but WNIC is my favorite station and most of the time, I leave the Christmas music on.

This probably puts me in the Christmas spirit a bit sooner than most people. My point is: If you create your own Christmas Cards - it's time to start on that - don't wait until the last minute.

If you normally send a picture into Target or Meijer's - you may be surprised to know that you can have them printed online and even have the envelopes addressed and sent for you! And it's not really that expensive.

Last year, we used Zazzle to print our cards and we got SO many comments on how nice they were.

A couple of years ago, I decide to send out a humorous Christmas card and it didn't work very well. Basically, I took a picture of all four of our children by the Christmas tree and included the family dog. I opened the photo in Photoshop and switched everyone's head.

Yup, you read that right. I moved the dog's head to my son's, my son's head to my daughters etc... The weirdest thing, THE ONLY THING that people noticed was the dog switcharoo. Noone even noticed that the other kid's heads were switched. Very weird.
