It's time to start thinking about corporate gift giving.

Over the next month or so, I am going to put a bit of emphasis on corporate and personal gift giving. It's very hard to find the perfect gift for everyone as we near the holidays - and I know what a few good suggestions can do for someone's time.

Start looking for your larger gifts now (like Watches and Jewelry)

Personalized Swiss Watches are always a hit.

For some people gifts for the boss, clients and coworkers are the hardest.

Here's a pile of tips and suggestions.

Consider food gifts. About half of those surveyed in an American Express corporate gift-giving survey give food-related gifts to clients and subordinates.

But be creative about the Food Gifts if you can. If you're from Wisconsin, send some sausage and cheese from Hickory Farms. New England dwellers might want to send Live Lobsters to co-workers in the midwest or west coast.

If you're unsure of the gift-giving policy or etiquette, definitely ask around the office.

You don't want to be in a position where you set new trends unilaterally--and you equally don't want to come off like a grinch
